Important Guidance for Reporting Faults

SRL are a manufacturer and supplier, so the majority of our traffic signals have either been purchased or are on hire to traffic management companies (or other third parties). If a signal is not working correctly, please contact the company on the traffic signs on site (company name and contact details are normally on the back of signs). If a signal has been purchased we may not be able to track and identify the traffic signals via telematics.

Unfortunately SRL are unable to attend the site without first being instructed by our customer (the hirer of the equipment).
