Miguel joins SRL with more than 30 years’ hire-industry experience, bringing a proven track record of leading large operational networks, improving service performance and developing high‑performing teams. Most recently, Miguel served as Chief Operating Officer at HSS Hire, where he played a key role in leading operational performance across the business.
As Chief Operating Officer, Miguel will oversee SRL’s operational functions and depot network, helping to support the continued development of our people, strengthen operational performance and drive the next phase of the company’s growth.
Miguel began his journey with SRL by joining Paul Lewis, Chief Executive Officer, and Ian Hunt, Chief Financial Officer, on a tour of our depot network, meeting colleagues across the business and gaining first-hand insight into our operations. The roadshow provided an opportunity to hear directly from our teams, share SRL’s vision for the future and reinforce our commitment to working together as one business.
